Our guarantee

We want you to be completely satisfied with your MoveCheck report. If you're not happy for any reason, we'll make it right.

14-day refund window

If you are unsatisfied with your report, contact us within 14 days of purchase at hello@movecheck.co.uk and we will issue a full refund. No questions asked.

How to request a refund

Email hello@movecheck.co.uk with your license key or the email address used at checkout. We aim to process all refunds within 5 working days. Refunds are returned to the original payment method via Lemon Squeezy.

Bundle purchases

If you purchased a bundle (5 or 10 reports) and have only used some of your credits, we will refund the unused portion on a pro-rata basis. If you have not used any credits, you will receive a full refund.

Technical issues

If your report failed to generate due to a technical error, or if data was missing or clearly incorrect, contact us and we will either regenerate your report at no cost or provide a full refund — your choice.

Exceptions

We reserve the right to decline refund requests that appear to be abusive (e.g. repeated purchases and refunds for different postcodes). This has never happened and we expect it never will — our goal is a product good enough that nobody wants a refund.
